EDITOR'S NOTE: Council sets the rates for the use of the Millersburg swimming pool and park area and employs a supervisor to insure proper operation of the Village's recreational facilities. Resolution 84-12, passed May 14, 1984, set the rates for the Village swimming pool and park area for 1984. Consult the Village Clerk for the latest legislation in the area. There are no sections in Chapter 953. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and future legislation.
