Unless stated otherwise, whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000). Each day a violation continues or occurs shall be a separate offense. In addition to any possible penalty provided for in this chapter, the offender may be subject to criminal charges under the Ohio Revised Code and/or Village Ordinances.
