725.11 PERMIT REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall engage in, conduct or carry on, or permit to be engaged in, conducted or carried on in the Village, the operation of a sexually oriented business without first having obtained a permit from the Village.

(b) A separate permit is required for each location at which a sexually oriented business is operated.
