(a) No person shall discharge any air gun, paintball gun, rifle, shotgun, revolver, pistol or other firearm within the Municipality.
(b) This section shall not apply when firearms are lawfully used in self-defense or in the discharge of official duty.
(c) This section shall not apply if the person discharges a paintball gun as a player in a game at a regulated paintball course.
(d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
