(a) No minor under sixteen years of age shall loiter, idle, wander, stroll or play in or upon the public streets, alleys, parks, playgrounds or other public grounds, public places and public buildings, places of amusement or entertainment, vacant lots or other unsupervised places during the following periods:
(1) Between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day, official prevailing time, during the months from September through May;
(2) Between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day, official prevailing time, during the months of June, July or August.
(b) No minor who is sixteen or seventeen years of age shall loiter, idle, wander, stroll or play in or upon the public streets, alleys, parks, playgrounds or other public grounds, public places and public buildings, places of amusement or entertainment, vacant lots or other unsupervised places during the following periods:
(1) Between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day, official prevailing time, during the months from September through May;
(2) Between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day, official prevailing time, during the months of June, July or August.
(c) The provisions of this section do not apply to any minor accompanied by his parent, guardian or other person having legal custody of such minor. No parent, guardian or other adult person having the legal custody of such minor shall permit the minor to violate the provisions of this section. (Ord. 367. Passed 4-7-70.)
(d) Any parent, guardian or other adult person having the legal custody of such minor who violates any provision of this section, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
