There is hereby created a Motor Vehicle Permissive Tax Fund. All moneys received as authorized by Section 183.01 from the annual Municipal motor vehicle license tax at the rate of five dollars ($5.00) per motor vehicle for road purposes shall be paid into such Fund and expenditures shall be made from such Fund as provided in Ohio R.C. 4504.06.
