(a) Council hereby authorizes the Vice Mayor of the City to set as Judge of the Milford Mayor's Court on the second and fourth Mondays of every month and at such other times as he may be directed or requested by the Mayor. The Vice Mayor shall have the same judicial authority as the Mayor when sitting as Judge of the Milford Mayor's Court pursuant to and in accordance with Section 3.11
of the City Charter.
(b) This section shall be retroactive to January 1, 1990 so as to ratify and affirm any and all lawful judicial activity of the Vice Mayor prior to the passage and effective date of this section.
