The Mayor of Milford shall be entitled to personally receive and retain, as his own, moneys gratuitously given to him for performing marriage services pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3101.08 and the City Charter. Such moneys shall be considered perquisites which the Mayor may accept personally rather than fees accepted by a City representative to be paid into the Municipal treasury. Nor shall such moneys be considered an increase in salary in violation of Section 3.10
of the City Charter.
