163.01 BOARD MEMBERSHIP AND ORGANIZATION.
   (a)   The Ethics Advisory Board shall be appointed by the City Manager, with advice from Council, and shall consist of:
   Finance Director, Chairperson (permanent)
   Law Director's Office (permanent)
   A department head
   City supervisor
   City employee.
   (b)   The department head shall be selected by the two permanent members for a two- year term. The City employee shall change every eighteen months; and the City supervisor shall serve six months or the length of his term in office.
   (c)   The Finance Director shall serve as Chairperson and the department head as Secretary.
