157.65 REPLACEMENT AND RE-ENTRY OF PROVISIONAL EMPLOYEES.

An employee serving in the position under provisional appointment shall continue to occupy such position until such time as he is otherwise removed or laid off pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R.C. Chapter 124.
