1167.03 CONDITIONAL USES.

   The following conditional uses shall be permitted only if expressly authorized by the Planning Commission in accordance with any applicable standards set forth in Chapter 1167 and Chapter 1195.

   (a)   Bed and Breakfast Lodging Establishment;

   (b)   Commercial Parking Garages;

   (c)   Convenience Stores;

   (d)   Mixed Uses;

   (e)   Multi-Family Dwelling;

   (f)   Offices when located on the first floor of a primary structure;

   (g)   Religious Places of Worship;

   (h)   Single Family Residential Dwelling;

   (i)   Two-Family Residential Dwelling;

   (j)   Private Recreational Area.
