157.39 INSPECTION OF PAPERS.
Within fifteen days after receiving notice of an examination grade, an applicant may review his own papers and inform himself as to the grades given him on each subject or question. At such time, the applicant may submit in writing for the Civil Service Commission's review any objection or protest he may wish to make concerning the grades assigned. All objections or protests shall be submitted in writing. Should an applicant exercise this right to inspect his examination, he shall not be permitted to again take an examination for the same classification within a six-month period following such inspection, unless, and in the sole discretion of the Commission, an alternate form of examination is given.
