Building permits, for which applications have been filed in the office of the Building Inspector prior to the date of enactment of this Zoning Ordinance, shall be issued. Changes in the plans, construction, size or designated use of any building, structure or part thereof, shall be considered void if, within thirty days after the enactment of this Zoning Ordinance, construction has not started. Such construction shall be diligently continued to completion and a zoning compliance permit shall be issued for the use for which the building or structure was originally designated. (Ord. 99-1966.
