Any violation of this chapter shall be a minor misdemeanor subject to a one hundred fifty dollar ($150.00) fine on the first violation; a fourth degree misdemeanor subject to a two hundred fifty dollar ($250.00) fine on the second violation; a third degree misdemeanor subject to a five hundred dollar ($500.00) fine on the third violation; and a second degree misdemeanor subject to a seven hundred fifty dollar ($750.00) fine for each violation thereafter.
