The Civil Service Commission shall exercise all of the powers and perform all of the duties with respect to the civil service of the City as described in Ohio R.C. Chapter 124 and conferred upon the Director of the Ohio Department of Administrative Services and the State Personnel Board of Review with respect to the civil service of the City; and all authority granted to such Director and/or with respect to the service under their jurisdiction, except as otherwise provided by Ohio R.C. Chapter 124.
