137.01 POLICE PROTECTION OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS.

The Milford Police Department, when so authorized by the Chief of Police, is hereby authorized to provide police protection to any county, municipal corporation or township of the State of Ohio pursuant to and in accordance with Ohio R.C. 737.041.
