729.23 SEVERABILITY.

If any section, subsection or clause of this chapter shall be deemed to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, the validity of the remaining section, subsection and clauses shall not be effected thereby and shall remain in full force and effect. (Ord. 96-1695. Passed 4-2-96.)
