729.16  PROHIBITIONS REGARDING MINORS AND SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESSES.
   A person commits a misdemeanor if he/she operates or causes to be operated a sexually oriented business, regardless of whether or not a permit has been issued for said business under this chapter, and knowingly or with reasonable cause to know, permit, suffer, or allow:
   (a)    Admittance of a person under eighteen (18) years of age to the business premises unless accompanied by a parent or guardian;
   (b)    A person under eighteen (18) years of age to remain at the business premises unless accompanied by a parent or guardian;
   (c)    A person under eighteen (18) years of age to purchase goods or services at the business premises without the specific consent of a parent or guardian; or
   (d)    A person who is under eighteen (18) years of age to work at the business premises as an employee. (Ord. 96-1695. Passed 4-2-96.)
