1501.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of the 1994 edition of the Southwest Ohio Fire Safety Council Unified Fire Code or the 2007 Ohio Fire Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 08-707. Passed 9-16-08.)
