Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter or fails to comply with any of its requirements pursuant to this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day during which noncompliance or a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. Nothing herein contained shall prevent the City from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violations.
