Any party adversely affected by a decision of the Fire Chief and/or Chief Building Official may appeal to Council within twenty days after the decision by filing with the Clerk of Council a notice of appeal specifying the ground thereof. The Council may affirm, reverse, vacate or modify the decision complained of in the appeal. A party adversely affected by a decision of Council may then appeal that decision to the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas.
