123.01 VICE-MAYOR AUTHORIZED TO CONDUCT MARRIAGE CEREMONY.
   The Mayor hereby expressly directs that the Vice Mayor may perform marriages and officiate at marriage ceremonies with the same authority as is vested in the Mayor of the City of Milford.
