1105.01 PROCEDURAL STEPS.
   The procedures for obtaining approval of a subdivision consist of the following three steps:
   (a)   Preliminary consultation/concept;
   (b)   Preliminary plat review and approvals, and construction plans; and
   (c)   Final plat review and approval.
