943.06 REMOVAL OF CONTAINERS AFTER COLLECTION.
   After the contractor has collected the garbage, refuse and/or recyclables, it shall be the duty of the householder, tenant, owner and/or occupant of the premises to remove all garbage, rubbish and recycling containers from the street in front, on the side or alley way of the residence within twenty-four hours. All units located on Main Street within the Old Mill Overlay District which qualify for the base level of service under the specifications of the City’s garbage contract shall remove their containers before 10:00 a.m. on the day of collection, unless the garbage has not been collected by that time, in which case the containers shall be removed at the earliest time practicable.
