943.05 HOURS OF COLLECTION.

No person owning or driving a vehicle hauling solid waste, whether by City contract or private contract, shall cause the collection, transportation or transfer of such waste other than between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (Ord. 11-914. Passed 12-6-11.)
