(a) Abandonment. The cemetery known as IOOF Cemetery, located on Lila Avenue, Milford, Ohio, the title to such land being held by the City, is hereby abandoned for cemetery purposes.
(b) Prohibition. There shall be no interment of the dead within such cemetery, and any body, interred contrary thereto, may be taken up and buried without the limits of the municipal corporation.
