929.07 ENFORCEMENT.

Council hereby expressly states that all ordinances, resolutions, rules and regulations currently in effect, and as amended, shall be applicable to the regulations of the Storm Water Utility and to the enforcement of the Storm Water Utility Program including all its rules, regulations, and policies.
