(a) Section 925.04 prohibits the discharge of unapproved wastes into the sewerage system; such as, the illegal dumping of septic tank sludges into a manhole under the control of the Wastewater Department.
(b) The Ohio Revised Code provides regulatory restraints to be imposed by cities for the following reasons (partial list):
(1) Management and control; Ohio R.C. 729.50.
(2) Sewer rate establishment; Ohio R.C. 729.49 and 729.52.
(3) Sewers in general; Ohio R.C. 729.31 et seq.
