Upon promulgation by the U.S. E.P.A. of a particular industrial subcategory, the categorical standards and requirements thereof shall immediately supercede any less stringent limits imposed by these Rules and Regulations.
(a) The Director of the Wastewater Department shall endeavor to make timely notification of such U.S. E.P.A. actions as referenced above to all dischargers who may be affected thereby.
(b) All affected industrial dischargers are, regardless of prior notification or the absence thereof, required to comply with any newly developed subcategory standards and any applicable reporting requirements attendant to same.
