Any person, firm or corporation found to be in violation of these Rules and Regulations shall be notified in writing by the Director of the Water Department, advising same of the violation and the necessary corrective action to be taken. The entity shall have a specified time period as determined by the Director to effect remedial measures; thereafter, further or continued violation shall result in the immediate enforcement of the applicable penalty as described in the appropriate provisions of these Rules and Regulations.
