(a) Street Openings. A fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be charged for each opening except that one fee shall cover multiple openings used to accomplish a single purpose.
(b) Trenches. A fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be charged for each trench.
(c) Driveway Aprons. A fee of ten dollars ($10.00) shall be charged for each driveway apron.
(d) Sidewalks. A fee of ten dollars ($10.00) shall be charged for any sidewalk construction or replacement.
(e) The City Engineer may, at his discretion, issue a free permit to any property owner where repairs of a minor nature are to be made to a sidewalk or driveway apron abutting such owner's property.
