913.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings herein indicated:
   (a)   "Street opening" means a longitudinal or transverse cut in the surface of any street, sidewalk, alley or public right-of-way which does not exceed two and one-half feet in width and six feet in length.
   (b)   "Trench" means a longitudinal or transverse cut in the surface of any street, alley or public right-of-way that exceeds two and one-half feet in width and/or six feet in length.
   (c)   "Public utility" means Cincinnati Suburban Bell Telephone, Cincinnati Gas and Electric, Cincinnati Water Works or Metropolitan Sewer District.
   (d)   "Government entity" means the State of Ohio, Clermont and Hamilton Counties of Ohio, or the City of Milford.
   (e)   "Driveway apron" means that area extending from the curbline to the property line and abutting a driveway.
   (f)   "Sidewalk" means the paved area in the right of way parallel to a street, alley or thoroughfare.
   (g)   "Public right-of-way" means that area between the right-of-way lines of such streets as shown on the official street map of the City.
