SEC. 10.06 COMMISSION PROCEDURES.

The Personnel Commission shall adopt is own procedures for the conduct of meetings and hearings. All procedures adopted by the Personnel Commission shall supersede and override any and all State of Ohio statutes, rules and regulations including, but not limited to, state civil service provisions. (Enacted 11-2-99)
