(a) No person shall drink any alcoholic beverage in any City park or playground, except as provided herein.
(b) No person shall have in his possession or on or about his person any alcoholic beverage in an opened container within the confines of any City park or playground, except as provided herein.
(c) No person, firm, corporation or organization shall sell, offer for sale or give away any alcohlic beverages within any City park or playground without first obtaining the permission of the City Council and obtaining the lawful permit from the State of Ohio for the sale of alcoholic beverages.
(d) No person, firm or corporation authorized to sell alcoholic beverages shall allow any bottles, cans or throw-away bottles to be removed from the concession stand. All beverages shall be served from disposable paper cups and receptacles shall be furnished and placed at convenient locations for the disposal of the paper cups.

(e) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
