(a) All publicly owned parks within the City shall be closed from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise, with the only exception being the designated campsites, for use by canoeists only, at Terrell Park.

(b) The City Manager or his designee may give written authorization to any person or organization exempting them from the restrictions of this section.

(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
