§ 70.47 POLICE DEPARTMENT; EMERGENCY REGULATIONS ADOPTION.
   The Police Department is empowered to make and enforce regulations necessary to make effective the provisions of this title, and to make temporary regulations to cover emergencies or special conditions, provided such regulations are not inconsistent with the provisions of this title.
