User’s wastewater classifications shall be as follows:
(A) Class I, residential users;
(B) Class II, industrial and commercial establishments that discharge wastewater with an average daily BOD not exceeding 250 milligrams per liter (mg/l) or an average daily suspended solids not exceeding 180 mg/l (see § 52.42 for requirement and procedure for periodically reviewing BOD and TSS base concentrations); and
(C) Class III, industrial and commercial users that discharge wastes that exceed the parameters of average daily BOD of 210 milligrams per liter (mg/l) or an average daily suspended solids exceeding 180 mg/l. Class III users shall be billed according to § 52.36.
