§ 52.01 FEE COLLECTION; PENALTY FOR NONPAYMENT.

   (A)   The sewer service fee shall be due and payable at the same time and in the same manner as water billings rendered by the city to the owner or occupant of any premises or structure so served. Payment shall be made on or before the due date as shown on the bill, which shall be the fifteenth day of each month. If payment for the sewer bill is not made by the due date, an additional charge will be assessed payable immediately, together with interest.

   (B)   The dollar penalty shall be a part of the dollar penalty in § 51.002 and not in addition thereto. Failure to pay the sewer fee by any user shall result in the disconnection of the water service in accordance with § 51.003 until such sewer fees are paid in full.
