§ 51.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Violation of § 51.111 shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of § 10.99.

   (C)   Any person or persons violating § 51.112 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined and liable for any loss or damage occurring by reason of such violation.
