§ 51.035 AUTHORITY TO REGULATE DISTRIBUTION AND USE OF WATER SUPPLIED BY CITY.
   Pursuant to SDCL 9-47-1, the City Council shall have authority to regulate the distribution and use of water supplied by the city.
