(A) In the event that a customer needs service reestablished during normal business hours, a reestablishment will be assessed. This fee will be paid prior to the reestablishment of service.
(B) In the event of an emergency or problem with the water service, this fee may be waived. Utility service will not be established or reestablished during non-business hours. Emergency situations will be handled and evaluated individually.
