(A) Because of the range of land uses permitted within the in the “RR-I” Railroad Redevelopment Industrial District, other design standards may be considered for conditional uses, major amendments, or final development plans.
(B) All commercial buildings/structures shall be constructed on-site. Off-site constructed or moved-in structures may be allowed only as a conditional use.
(C) Screening. All outdoor storage shall be contained within an area defined on the site plan and not to exceed 120 square feet in total area. Further any outdoor storage within 500 feet of a residential district must be completely enclosed in a building or by a solid walled fence at least two feet above the highest point of the stockpile which fence shall be maintained in safe and good repair.
(D) No storage yard for junk shall be allowed on any lot in an “RR-I” District.
(E) Any additional standards shall be designed to eliminate or offset potential negative impacts to the landscape of this district which may result from development.
