The following uses may be permitted by conditional use permit in the “B3” Highway Business District by the Board of Adjustment subject to such requirements, as the Board deems necessary to protect and promote the health, safety, and general welfare:
(A) Veterinarian and kennel with outside stables or runs;
(B) Truck or bus terminals;
(C) Wholesale establishments or warehouses in a completely enclosed building;
(D) Bottling works;
(E) Lumberyards;
(F) Grain elevators and terminal;
(G) Apartments and townhouses;
(H) Financial institutions;
(I) Licensed day care centers;
(J) Contractor shops;
(K) Utility substations;
(L) Bars/taverns and/or on-sale/off-sale liquor establishments;
(M) Mortuaries;
(N) Bulk gas distribution;
(O) Drive-in theatres;
(P) Light manufacturing and assembly;
(Q) Commercial rental storage facilities;
(R) Auto body repair, not to include salvage operation;
(S) Sale of electrical supplies and components with outdoor storage;
(T) Registered day care;
(U) Diesel and farm equipment repair;
(V) Off-site constructed or moved-in structures;
(W) Signs on otherwise vacant lots in accordance with § 154.387; and
(X) Modular and manufactured home sales.
