§ 154.186 PERMITTED USES.

   The following uses and structures shall be permitted in the “B3” Highway Business District:

   (A)   Automobile service stations and automobile repair, not to include auto body repair;

   (B)   Retail establishments;

   (C)   Hotels, motels, and transient lodging facilities, but not including trailer courts or tent sites;

   (D)   New and used automobile, recreational vehicle, and farm equipment sales;

   (E)   Offices, and clinics;

   (F)   Restaurants;

   (G)   Electronic and appliance repair;

   (H)   Cannabis dispensaries (subject to § 154.399);

   (I)   Personal services;

   (J)   Car or truck washes;

   (K)   Parking lot or parking garage;

   (L)   Butcher shops; and

   (M)   Veterinarians and kennels without outside stables or runs.
