§ 10.03 CODIFICATION AUTHORITY.
   The code hereby adopted consists of all the regulatory and penal ordinances and certain of the administrative ordinances of the city codified pursuant to the pursuant to the provisions of SDCL 9-19-16 and 9-19-17.
