The following uses and structures shall be conditionally permitted:
(A) Banks and savings and loan institutions;
(B) Single-family residences constructed before July 1, 2021;
(C) Motels or hotels;
(D) Funeral homes;
(E) Personal services uses;
(F) Generally recognized retail businesses which supply commodities on the premises for person residing in adjacent residential areas, such as, but not limited to, groceries, meats, dairy products, baked goods, or other foods, drugs, dry goods, clothing, and notions or hardware;
(G) Automobile parking lots or storage or parking garages as a primary use;
(H) Dressmaking, tailoring, shoe repairing, repair of household appliances and bicycles, catering, and bakery with sale of bakery products on the premises, and other uses of a similar character;
(I) Retail stores, in connection with which there shall be no slaughtering of animals or poultry, nor commercial fish cleaning and processing on the premises;
(J) Self-service or cleaning establishments;
(K) Automatic or semi-automatic car washs;
(L) Restaurants;
(M) Licensed day care centers;
(N) Bowling allies;
(O) Firehalls;
(P) Automobile service stations and/or convenience stores, with or without gasoline;
(Q) Auto sales;
(R) Auto body repair, not to include salvage operation;
(S) Bars or taverns;
(T) Signs on otherwise vacant lots in accordance with § 154.387(G); and
(U) Off-site constructed or moved-in structures.
