§ 154.145 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of the “B1” Limited Business District is to:
   (A)   To provide for neighborhood local retail and service uses that serve the day-to-day needs of residents in convenient and appropriate locations; and
   (B)   To permit development of neighborhood local shopping facilities as designated in the Comprehensive Plan.
