§ 50.06 LITTERING PROHIBITED; GENERALLY.
It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit or cause to be deposited any garbage, rubbish, or other waste material in or upon any parks, street, alley, gutter, or in or upon any other private or public property within this city or upon any other property on the route between this city and the rubbish or garbage disposal area.
