§ 154.126 PERMITTED USES.

   The following uses and structures shall be permitted:

   (A)   Site-built single-family dwellings;

   (B)   Multiple-family dwellings, not exceeding eight units;

   (C)   Two-family dwellings;

   (D)   Modular homes; and

   (E)   Public park and recreation areas.
