(A) Minimum lot area, maximum building height, maximum lot coverage, and minimum yard requirements shall be regulated in accordance with the following tables.

(B) Where individually owned, attached, single-family units (e.g., condominium, townhouse, duplex, and the like) are constructed, minimum lot area, width, and coverage are calculated on the basis of the lot upon which the shared structure is constructed.
